Valley Village Childcare and ExCEL provide fee-based services and previously operated separately. In 2024 the new facility allowed them to operate in a single building where children can use both services while their parents continue with their daily obligations.

ExCEL Preschool operated in two trailers on St. Anne's grounds. Valley Village operated in a building located at Bridge St. and 11th.
Children were transported between the two locations by guardians in order to have both services.
The Ray A Corbett Building accommodates both operations, with greater capacity and functionality for both..
